Welcome to DriverForU.com, owned and operated by DriverForU LLC (referred to as “the Company” or “we”). By using our service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (“Conditions”).

Definitions:

• “The Company” shall mean DriverForU LLC.
• “Vehicle” shall mean the vehicle provided to the customer for transportation.
• “Safe Driver” is a professional driver employed by the Company for the purpose of driving the customer to their desired destination using their own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• The private driver is responsible for safely driving the customer to their destination using their own vehicle.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that their personal belongings are secure and not liable to cause harm or damage to themselves, the driver, or the vehicle.
• The customer acknowledges and agrees that the vehicle is properly covered by insurance.
• The Company assumes no liability for damage or injury sustained through faulty brakes or poor vehicle condition.
• The Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the refund of the fare.
• The private driver has the right to stop the car and discontinue the service if the customer mistreats them in any way that could endanger their safety or the safety of others.
• In the event of a vehicle breakdown during the journey or en-route to the customer’s destination, the designated driver will try to make alternative arrangements at the Company’s discretion. Refund may not be made for the uncompleted portion.
• The Company does not assume responsibility or liability for missed appointments due to traffic congestion, vehicular breakdown, or adverse weather conditions.
• The Company will not be liable for defects to a customer’s vehicle that render the vehicle unusable, provided the same is proved to be caused by the Company’s negligence.
• The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. A charge will be payable by the customer in the event that they cancel or amend a booking within less than 1 hour of the agreed time.
• The customer agrees not to cause any distraction while the service is in progress in order to ensure their safety and the safety of the driver.

Acceptance:

• By accepting the service, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
• In case of any fines or accidents during our service, the customer must report them to us as soon as feasible, but no later than 7 days after the incident. Failure to do so releases the Company from any responsibility or liability for loss, damage, or delay, including traffic violations. Please report any such incidents by emailing contact@driverforu.com.
